Razer Naga MMO Gaming Mouse

This is a great mouse (when it works), has lots of buttons! So far have purchased 2 Naga's, Unfortunately both have failed within a month of use. No lights, no nothing. Seems that they both failed in-game, during a WoW instance run... I also have the Lycosa Keyboard manufactured by Razor... Switching device that turns off/on lighted keys has failed after 3 months of use!

Well.. these mice cost a bundle, regrettably they don't hold up well In my experience, simply not worth the button learning curve specially since the mouse *WILL* fail. Last time I waist my money on *any* Razor products!

The mouse is good for what its meant for - the massive amount of buttons. I use all of them and they're great. What I don't like is the random glitches I have with the software/mouse. For example: Sometimes it'll stop responding to x-axis motion and only move vertically. Other times the mouse will just stop responding until I unplug/replug back in. It seems to be a problem across a number of Razer mice (my last mouse was a Razer, same issue). Maybe its a compatibility issue with win7?

Having played mmos for years I was always in need of more ways to trigger skills. With the addition of 12 buttons that you can access with your right thumb this mouse is the solution!

I've been using a Logitech G5 for awhile now so I have something to compare the Naga to and let me tell you it out performs the G5 on every level.

First like all the Razer products it looks sleek and feels like it belongs in your hand

I use my Naga primarily for first person shooters and less than an hour after hooking it up my kill to death ratio's went up. I am hitting more targets consistently with this mouse. I've done nothing else to my system so hands down this mouse has noticeably improved my game play.

The first few times I used this mouse, my hand protested a bit and I wasn't used to the huge number of buttons on the side, but after a week or so I really really like it. I still don't use ALL the buttons, but quite a few, and my hand doesn't hurt at all, even after spending far too much time playing ^_^.

The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the lack of a cordless option now.
All in all a very nice mouse, especially for those playing RPG or MMO games.
